As a Licensed Esthetician, there's no question that I'm obsessed with flawless skin. But as I got older I wanted not only FLAWLESS SKIN but YOUTHFUL skin. Skin that would make every girl envy me. But let me first say,  it’s important to understand the difference between professional microneedling with me and at-home microneedling which we offer. In each case, we use different tools to achieve the same results. Professional microneedling with me it’s a process in which a device containing ultra-fine needles is used to create tiny punctures in the skin.

At home, it’s an even less invasive procedure. Our kits come with a microneedling tool called a derma-roller (which I specially choose for these kits.. their AMAZING BTW) and work to create tiny ‘microchannels’ in the skin using much smaller needles than those used in a clinic. The purpose of at-home microneedling is to jump start collagen and help the active ingredients within the penetrate deeper into the skin, resulting in better product efficacy. In short, it’s about making sure these super expensive actives reach the cell, so they can get to work to transform your skin. The roller helps ensure your skin cells work as hard as possible for you. After all, if they only sit on the top layer, they don't end up penetrating. What's the point? It's money wasted and we never want that.
